Out of the 817 participants, a staggering amount of 54% (442 participants) supported Lee Seung Gi as “No. 1″ for the most anticipated star born in the year of the rabbit.

In SBS drama “My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox”, Lee Seung Gi’s sweet acting, as well as participation in the emotional KBS2′s “1 Night 2 Days” & “Strong Heart” has led him to explosively show his acting, variety, music and such skills. The public holds much hope for him in 2011 due to his many possibilities in a variety of areas.

In second place is Big Bang’s T.O.P, coming in with 22% (183 participants). The Big Bang member stands at the top of the music industry, and challenged acting and continues to spread his influence. In this year’s movie “Into the Fire”, he brought back a popularity award from the 47th Daejong Film Awards, and thus became an actor.

Next up is Brown Eyed Girls’s Ga In, whose active in sitcom “All My Love” with 9% (70 participants) in third place. JYJ’s Xiah Junsu who will be having a release early next year is in fourth place. Jang Geun Suk (4%, 35 participants) and Moon Geun Young (4%, 32 participants) who are both part of the currently airing KBS drama, “Mary Stayed Out All Night” are fifth and sixth respectively.

MR removed video of TVXQ duo performance has been spreading on internet and becomes a hot issue.

Various internet community websites published MR removed video of the boys’ last title track ‘Why’ performance. U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin had just unveiled their first live performance on January 7th at KBS 2TV music program ‘Music Bank’.

[NEWS] 110108 JYJ’s SBS ‘Good Morning’ Show is Rescheduled, Yet Again

It seems JYJ fans have to wait a little longer to watch their idols on SBS ‘Good Morning’ show.

Yesterday on January 7th, the official twitter of SBS confirmed that the ‘Good Morning’ show broadcast that features JYJ appearance is rescheduled, yet again, to January 20th.

The tweet said, “SBS ‘Good Morning’ featuring JYJ broadcast schedule has been adjusted to January 20th. We deeply apologize for this sudden notice. The PD-nim said that the perfect highly potential broadcast day for the 80 minutes show would be on January 20th as he explained at his bulletin post.”

Furthermore, ‘Good Morning’ PD Jo Dong Suk wrote an official reschedule notice at the show’s bulletin post. The PD explained that while the production team had been organizing the order of broadcast schedule, suddenly on January 7th at 15:00 entered the news about The parliamentary confirmation hearing of the nominees for chairman of the Board of Audit and Inspection that would take place on the 19th. Therefore considering that the breaking news is rather more important to be broadcast earlier, JYJ broadcast that lasts for 80 minutes has to be delayed to a more stable broadcast day, and the perfect day that could be settled was the January 20th.

[NEWS] TVXQ Reflects on First Comeback Stage, Yunho Clarifies His ‘Thanks To’ Message

After pre-recording for their comeback stage on KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” today, the boys of TVXQ met with reporters to discuss their love for the stage, their ambition for a strong performance, and to clarify the controversial ‘Thanks To’ message.

Starting off, the duo shared, “We’ve wanted to stand on stage for a while. It’s really emotional.” Yunhocontinued, “It feels unique coming to the broadcast hall after such a long time. I’m more excited than nervous about our first stage. Unfortunately, I caught a cold, and wasn’t able to show the best stage possible.”

Changmin added, “While watching the year-end award ceremonies last year, all I could think about was wanting to stand on stage. I thought I’d be nervous, but maybe this is what it feels like to come back home after studying abroad.”

The reporter brought up how fans have waited for their return for over two years, to which Yunho replied, “We’ll work as hard as our fans have waited for our return. We’ll be standing on many stages as singers, and appear on variety shows as well. It’s important to do well, but even more important to try our best. Please look forward to us.”

In an interview with Star News, Yunho stated, “It’s been a while since we’ve stood on a Korean stage, so I was very excited, feeling very much like a rookie again. We’ve gotten a lot of juniors here at the broadcast hall, and I felt thankful in being greeted by them. We’ll be promoting ‘Keep Your Head Down‘, and we’ll show a good image to our fellow seniors, juniors, and our fans.”

Changmin added, “It feels good returning to Korea. The broadcast hall feels like our home, it’s very fun.”

Regarding the controversy surrounding ‘the second coming of TVXQ‘ statement in his ‘Thanks To’, Yunho clarified, “It’s just an expression of our feelings in starting our activities again as a duo. After a long while, Changmin and I have released an album, the message was just meant to be an expression of greeting our fans again. It’s our new sense of determination.”

When asked about the differences between singing a song with two members as opposed to five, Yunho answered, “First of all, you need more stamina. Changmin took charge of the high notes while I covered the lower notes. I was worried about whether they’d match, but thankfully it harmonizes well. We tried to pay attention to every part of our choreography. It’s an album we’re confident in, as we’ve put our best in it for our fans to look forward to.”

The duo also completed an interview with KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Relay,” which will broadcast at 9 PM KST on January 8th.

[TRANS] 110105 Micky Yoochun’s Fanclub Makes A Warm Donation

On the 31st of December, the day Micky Yoochun (Park Yoochun) won the Best Male Newcomer Award at the KBS Drama Awards as ‘Lee Seon Joon’ in ‘SungKyunKwan Scandal’, Park Yoochun’s fanclub gifted Kim Jin Su (13), who is suffering from a brain lesion disorder, with presents and a donation. Their story was aired on KBS 2TV’s News Time on January 3rd.

Though Jin Su’s mother herself is fighting with cancer, she lives every day nursing her son who is unable to move his arms or legs freely. Park Yoochun’s fanclub ‘Blessing Yoochun’ heard about the mother and son’s situation through Field of Love (withgo.kr) and immediately began collecting donations. They sent 5 million Won to pay for Jin Su’s treatment along with other presents to the hospital in Daegu that Jin Su is currently admitted in.

The members of the fanclub who visited the hospital with a Field of Love worker had tears in their eyes as they watched over Jin Su, who breathes through a tube in his throat and eats with a tube connected to his stomach. One member cheered on the mother and son as she stated, “I hope his mother stays strong, and I hope great things happen to them from now on.”

The members of Blessing Yoochun are ‘Auntie fans’ and are people who overflow with love, not just for their favorite celebrity, but also for the community and those in need. Other than their donation to Kim Jin Su, they also donated 10 million Won to Park Hyun Bin (12) to pay for his burn-healing treatment fees through the Hanlim Burns Foundation.

Blessing Yoochun is a fanclub that only women over the age of 30 can join and the members unite through their love for Yoochun to help the community.

On KBS 2TV’s ‘Kim Seung Woo’s On A Roll (승승장구)’, Jeon In Hwa stated that that she became the receiver of her daughter’s jealousy after YoungWoong Jaejoong revealed that his ideal woman was the actress.

Jeon In Hwa explained that, “One day, my daughter came up to me and said ‘Mom, you’re so lucky’ with an expression of dissatisfaction.” It had been that her young daughter was overcome with jealousy because YoungWoong Jaejoong confessed that Jeon In Hwa was his ideal woman.

Jeon In Hwa, who didn’t know who YoungWoong Jaejoong was at the time, aroused laughter from the guests when she added that, “My daughter showed me a picture of him and my first thought was that he’s such a handsome boy. My daughter kept muttering and saying things like ‘YoungWoong Jaejoong’s eyesight must be bad’ but he made the right choice. The kid has good taste.”
